THE ORDERING PROCESS

ABOUT THE ORDERING PROCESS

1: Build Your Quote
In order to build a quote you will need to make sure you can meet the following: our minimum order quantities, artwork that is in vector or high resolution format, and know your order details.

2: Invoice & Payment
Once all the details are sorted out we will send you an invoice based on your order. If you approve it, then we can proceed with your order. We ask for a 50% deposit upfront before we can start on any order.

3: Work Begins
Once your deposit has been collected the order process begins. Order turnaround time can vary but is usually somewhere between 14-21 days.

4: Mock Up Approval
You will be asked to approve your mock up and final artwork. Please be sure to look over
all details of the mock up before approving the proof.

5: Print!
At this point, your order is in production. Whether you're placing an apparel order, wrapping your vehicle, or printing promotional signage, you can be certain your project is in good hands!

6: Pick Up
Your order is ready!
You may pick up at our Gilroy location or choose for us to ship your order.
Please note that shipping time is not included in production turn around time.
Please note: Our embroidery minimum is 24 items per design and our screen printing minimum is 36 items per design.
DTG and heat transfer printing is also available.
